Payments

1. Payment of an advance of 30% of the price of the trip.
2. The remaining amount is paid four weeks before the start of the trip.
3. Travel documents are prepared 2 weeks before the start of the trip and are sent as soon as payment is made in full.
4. Payment can be made through the payment gateway of the Etnika Tours website and or
by Bank transfer.

Trip Cancellation

1. All services are prepaid without exception. Passengers can cancel their
trips or activities whenever they want. However, Etnika Tours reserves the
right to charge a cancellation fee. The charges are:
2. General cancellation expenses:
· Up to 46 days before departure 5%
· From day 45 to day 30 before departure 10%
· From the 29th to 15 days before departure 20%
· From day 14 to day 7 before departure 40%
· From 6 days before departure 70%
3. Special cancellation expenses:
Special offers, individual trips in packages and group trips
may be subject to special cancellation conditions, which are mentioned
expressly in the description of the service and/or the description of the offer and confirmation
of travel. Etnika Tours reserves the right to demand higher compensation,
specifically calculated, if it is shown that the costs incurred were
considerably higher than the applicable cancellation charges.

insurance policy

Etnika Tours provides insurance for each service it provides. This insurance is valid under the following conditions:
· The client must provide Etnika Tours with their passport number in advance.
If this information is not received, the company will not be responsible for any
accident that occurs during the provision of the service.
The insurance is only valid during the time that they are being provided
services by Etnika Tours.
· In case of accidents, the insurance has a coverage of up to 25,000,000
COP (approximately $7,600 USD).
We recommend that all our clients buy travel insurance in their country of origin that protects them in case of cancellation, loss of luggage, medical emergencies and others.
