Entry time - Check in: 2 : pm

Departure time- Check out: 12 : am

Payment methods: transfer, consignment, credit card payment, payment by web platform. 

Reservation cancellation policies:  In case of changes and cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date, no charge will be made.  In case of changes and cancellations made up to 9 before the arrival date, 30% of the value will be retained.  6 days before 60%  3 days before the totality.  In case the guest does not show up at the hotel, the entire stay will be charged.  The cancellation policy applies always and without exceptions.  Casa Etnika reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card indicated on it. By making a reservation, you are deemed to have full knowledge of the hotel's payment, refusal and cancellation policies.

Children up to 12 years old stay free of charge, in a separate bed. 

Children over 12 are counted as an adult.

Small pets are welcome.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event that valid credit card details are not available. 

To avoid difficulties, please keep a copy of your reservation to present it upon arrival at the hotel.

The debit and payment of the stay and services will be made in Colombian pesos.
